We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Farleigh Office. 


COMMENCEMENT - Immediate Start 

LOCATION - Dajwood Pty Ltd Office | 19 Knobels Road, Farleigh

ROSTER - Monday to Friday (Full Time) | 08:00am - 05:00pm

The role and responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

  • Update and track applicants through our specialised database system 
  • Advertising vacancies on social media platforms and website to locate suitable applicants  
  • Coordinating the recruitment process of new applicants, including phone screenings, checking of references, interviewing and onboarding  
  • Working one on one with Senior Staff, Directors, and Client
  • Filing, scanning & printing, greeting customers & answer phone calls 

 

The successful applicant will require the following characteristics:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work unsupervised
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Be well presented and have a high level of communication skill to be able to deal with both internal and external customers
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & Access would be a preference)
  • Prior experience not required; on the job training will be provided
